Marcy Apex Home Gym
Another mediocre home gym from Marcy, the Marcy Apex home gym is on par with the low end garbage pushed by Weider and isn't worth much time investigating.
The ergonomics and starting points for lifts on this machine are terrible, and the foam rollers give away the overall 'cheap' felling of this machine.
When manufacturers try to produce a functional home gym in this price range they have to make compromises in material quality and adjustability.
The following is quoted from an Online retailer regarding the Marcy Apex Home Gym....
"An excellent value for money multi-gym, the Apex Personal Trainer features all of the popular gym workout stations in one compact machine. The rock solid welded and bolted construction ensures years of trouble free use. The continuous loop cable system means that you can concentrate on your workout rather than time consuming adjustments between exercises. The 150 lbs. of cast iron selectorized weights are enclosed by a steel mesh casing to keep fingers out of harms way"....
I don't know about you, but if wrote that review about this gym I wouldn't be sleeping very well that night because my conscience would be killing me.
Did you notice how vague the description is? There's nothing good to say about this home gym that's for sure.
