Reebok 645 Elliptical Trainer
The Reebok 645 Elliptical is a solid step in the right direction and is the mid level elliptical trainer offered by Reebok fitting in between the Reebok 525 and the top of the line Reebok RL 1500.
The 645 is a better choice than the 525 for multiple reasons, the least of which is the digital resistance that allows you to control the machine with the push of a button.
The other reasons to like the Reebok 645 is the heart rate controlled workouts that will automatically control the resistance of the elliptical, and the built-in interval training program that will really challenge you to get into shape faster.
Reebok 645 Elliptical Key Benefits:
On the downside the Reebok 645 has been plagued by some design and mechanical issues with the incline ramp that may make you want to think twice about getting the 645 at full price.
Better options in this price range include the Sole e25 and Schwinn 438 elliptical trainer, neither of which have incline ramp capability, but are more durable machines with solid features and long warranties.
