Proform 650 Elliptical Trainer
The Proform 650 elliptical trainer is one elliptical in a long line of cheaper trainers that may look appealing in the beginning because of their low price tag but...
There's a tired old saying that's been around for much longer than I've known about it, and it says, "You get what you pay for".
Such a simple saying, some might even call it cliché, but no truer words have ever been spoken, when referring to a cheap elliptical like the Proform 650.
I'm not about to make a blanket attack on Proform here, rather, I'm just letting you know that if you're shopping for an elliptical trainer and you're not willing to invest more than a couple hundred bucks on a decent machine, you're going to end up with an elliptical trainer like the 650.

Those are the same people who will also try and tell you they lost weight using the newest ab machine...
The Proform 650 doesn't have any of the features you want in an elliptical like good programmed workouts, a decent heart rate monitor and a heavy flywheel.
If you're so inclined, you can get more details on the Proform 650 Elliptical and see for yourself...
