This is an awesome site to get concise info before forking over lots of dough for fitness equipment. The reviews are thorough but short and it's all indexed logically to get where you need to be fast. Great site and one that I used in determining the Elliptical I purchased and now my home gym. Very happy with my purchase by the way!

Please can you help me to get instructions for this machine that was given to us, we don't know how to read the screen or how to set it for our training. We've been using it for a year but think we can step it up on our trainer & weight loss. Could really use your help. Please e-mail the site I can pull it off and copy for our personal use. Thanks
