Red Exerciser - Red Ab Machine Review
Surprise, surprise surprise! Another ab machine from Fitness Quest – just what the world was waiting for, oh boy!!!
As I was watching a little TV over the weekend I came across the newest ab machine called the Red Exerciser. And yes it's made by Fitness Quest, the same people that have been
cramming the Ab Lounge down your throat for the past 2 years.
Apparently the sales of the Ab Lounge aren't as strong as they used to be, so it's time to make another ab machine to rake in some more profits this summer.
The Red Exerciser (a.k.a. Red Ab Machine) makes some pretty bold claims in the infomercial – just minutes a day and all that ugly flab will melt off your gut like magic.
I think people would catch on by now that the Red Ab Machine, the Ab Lounge, the Ab Doer etc. are a total waste of money - I know call me an optimist but I have faith in people even though they seem to prove me wrong on a daily basis.
For starters, the Red Exerciser is designed to do a twisting motion on (torsional resistance) and doesn't even fully engage the ab muscles to make a full stretch or contraction. I'll grant them this, the Red Ab Machine will make your obliques stronger but that's about it (you could use a 10 pound dumbbell and do side bends to get the same results, but that's another story).
Don't you find it odd that the Red Exerciser comes with a nutritional guide just like the Ab Lounge does? If it works so good at melting fat and getting your abs all ripped and sexy, why do you need to lose fat? And how did those models get great arm development, tight legs and that great tan?
I'll let you figure that out for yourself…
