Ab Lounge XL Review

The Ab Lounge Xl is the most popular ab machine to ever hit the market. With over 4 million units sold, you'd guess the Ab Lounge works like magic Right?

Wrong.

When the Ab lounge was first introduced it was just an ab machine, that's it. When they started to make claims about the machine they couldn't back up (read FCC) they had to change the whole marketing scheme to include the Ab Lounge XL, exercise program and healthy eating system.

Any ab machine where your hands and arms are above your head is not one worth considering as it doesn't allow for a full forceful contraction of the targeted abdominal muscles...

Ab Lounge XL Claims:

"The secret to the Ab Lounge is this incredible range of motion, which takes you back beyond 180 degrees. This works your abdominal muscles with a fuller range of motion than crunches or sit-ups.

The fuller the range of motion, the LONGER your abs are toning and tightening during each jack knife rep. So you're not working harder, you're working smarter! "

You'll notice from the claims listed above the the good folks over at Fitness Quest don't make any of their original over-the-top claims about the Ab Lounge Xl's ability, they instead leave all the hype to remain in the testimonials form users on their TV commercials (shame on you).

Finally, you can get an Ab lounge Xl for the $1 dollar trial (as of the writing of this review) and try it for a month. The thing is, they know that once you get this machine and find out it doesn't work (unless you're dieting and exercising) you won't feel like taking it apart, repackaging it and paying the shipping back to Fitness Quest.
